Yamaha FG-630 12-String with Case

Description

Really, really nice 12-string, only a few scratches, and some tiny dings here and there. Considering its age, it is in aesthetically pleasing condition. Sounds really great but, unfortunately, needs a neck reset. The guitar was sold to me, needing a neck reset and the seller was not aware of the need. It was not cheap!!! I did receive some money toward a JLD Bridge Doctor, but it did not correct the problem, only a neck reset will actually do the trick. Sigh...
If I knew how to reset a neck without totaling the guitar I would, because it is a sweet sounding 12-string, but alas. I also can't afford to have it done, hopefully someone out there can either reset the neck, or afford to have it done.
Neck:  Mahogany
Top:  Solid Spruce
Back and Sides:  Jacaranda Laminate (only scratch I see is very light, on the side, upper bout)
