I am proud to offer this beautifully crafted, quality musical instrument. This guitar is in excellent condition. Look at the photos and you will agree. It has been sitting in someones closet for decades. In direct light there is a slight haze on the finish on the back  . I installed a set of D'Addario Phos/Bronze light strings and it plays easily with a balanced melodic sound and plenty of bass punch when you need it. This is a lifetime guitar that will hold up for decades and be passed on in your family. I feel this vintage guitar plays better then guitars costing three times as much.
1966 Gibson B-25N Natural Acoustic Guitar USA Project UFIX + Non Original Case
Serial number 228818(?) comes up as a 1966 according to the website that I found online.
Guitar appears to be all original but is missing the pickguard and top of body has a crack below the bridge that extends almost to bottom of guitar edge. There are also a couple of smaller cracks between the bridge and the soundhole and a small crack on the back that looks like a surface crack. Single line Kluson Deluxe tuners are in good shape overall. The D & G post have a slight bend to them but still work fine.
Neck looks straight and neck heel is nice and tight against body without any lift. Action is pretty low but strings do buzz on some frets. I checked the truss rod adjustment and it did turn in both directions and appears to be working. The plastic bridge has a height adjustable saddle which is working. Frets have some divots in the them and fingerboard has some grooves in them as shown in pictures.
Great candidate for restoration. Body binding is in great shape and the rest of the guitar is in fine shape.
Comes with non-original hardshell case shown. Case is in good condition overall and fits this guitar perfectly.
Guitar sounds good and actually plays pretty decently as is but could use some luthier expertise and a professional set up. Guitar was cleaned, fingerboard oiled, frets polished and a new set of light gauge strings installed.
This is a pre owned, vintage guitar that is over 50 years old and and will show wear commensurate of age and use. There are dings, dents, scratches, etc.
I am not the original owner and do not know the past history of this instrument.
