Straight from Ozzy's home office, this iron and enamel heart is circa 1919. It is about 7" x 7" and came from a casket 100 years ago. Made of heavy iron and white enamel, it reads, "Ici Repose Madeleine Coupe epouse Lambert decedee le 9 Janvier 1919 dans sa 26 annee. Regrette de sa famille. Priez Dieu pour elle." Translated it means "Here lies Madeleine Coupe wife of Lambert who passed on Jan 9, 1919 at 26 years old. The family is remorseful and asks God to pray for her." This piece while tragic, has a beauty to it as well. A true antique with an unusual date of 1-9-1919. It will come to you with a letter of authenticity signed by Sharon Osbourne that it hung in her husband's home office.
