Easy Installation:
1.Remove the side cover
2.Remove the two 5/16" intake/carburetor nuts and install the bracket/meter assembly onto the carburetor threaded studs.  Now re-use the 5/16" nuts to fasten the tach/hour meter bracket onto the carb studs.
