These standard NCR color forms are white and yellow (top sheet is white; 2nd sheet is yellow). The sheets are lightly glued to each other in sets, and easily separate when you pull them apart.

Shipping time varies with custom printing, as we may require your approval for the layout proof, to verify colors, type styles, etc. Standard carbonless forms will typically be shipped within 5-7 days of the proof approval; more complicated forms may take longer. Great care is taken during packing to ensure safe transit. We use strong boxes, bubble wrap, recycled paper and recycled anti-static peanuts to protect your item. Combined Shipping - If you purchase more then one item at the same time, we will combine the items when possible into one box to save on shipping charges. If an item is damaged from shipping by any carrier, please notify us within three days of delivery (keep the box and packing material so the shipper may inspect the damaged package when filing the claim). INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Prices shown for shipping DO NOT include any Duty, Import, or Brokerage Fees, or any other fees or taxes associated with and collected by international shipping carriers, other than the actual cost of shipping the product. UPS and USPS often charge fees that are due upon delivery. You may choose USPS Express Mail International or UPS - but you are encouraged to research the associated fees from each carrier.
