This performance-ready guitar with Ovation's unique multi-soundhole design give you clear highs and a focused, balanced bass response. Each nicely figured Koa exotic top with its beautiful Koa Burst finish has detailed laser-cut epaulets that add to the unique appearance and sonically provide remarkable note clarity. The Lyrachord® composite, super shallow body is light and comfortable standing or sitting and provides excellent projection. A satin-finished neck, Ovangkol fretboard and bridge all combine to make playing effortless and responsive. The Celebrity Elite is equipped with an Ovation Slimline pickup and OP-4CT preamp system featuring a three-band EQ, volume/gain control, onboard tuner and low-battery light that make it easy to dial in your sound. Return Policy
Refunds are issued within 30 days of the date the customer's order is received. Merchandise and packaging MUST be in the same condition as when received. Just a message to say thanks very much for your help with the armrest. I have to let you know that they have improved the tone and sustain of my acoustic guitar greatly and would recommend them to any guitarist looking to improve their sound..
Try a simple test. Take your instrument and get ready to play as usual. Now strum a chord. Next lift your strumming arm, at the shoulder, up off the guitar then strum again. Listen to the difference. By placing your arm against the top of the guitar, you lose between 15% and 20% of the power and projection of the top of the guitar!
The top is the main sounding board of your instrument. When you lay your arm on it, there is a dampening or muting effect. Violin, Mandolin, and Banjo players have been using arm rests for many years for these same reasons.
The arm rest is attached to the surface by means of a double-sided adhesive strip, developed to hold it securely without harming the delicate finish of your instrument.
