Our location is listed as Joliet, IL. However, our merchandise will be shipped from multiple locations across the US. If you need to know where your item will be shipping from, you can contact customer service.
We ship only to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands or American Samoa. Any transactions with a "ship to address" to one of these locations will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO / FPO / DPO addresses.
All packages will be shipped via FED EX Ground and will need to be signed for. Someone must be available to sign for the package directly. If you will not be home to sign for the package you can enter your work address or a friend or relative's home or work address as the "ship to" address so that they can sign for your package. In the event you need to redirect your package to a different address or need to have it sent to a local FedEx for pick-up, please message our customer service and they will communicate that adjustment to FedEx for you.
