Tuning the Guitar
Guitar strings are loosened during shipping to protect the neck of the guitar. It will need to be tuned by an adult upon opening. As such,you should expect a new guitar to need to be tuned perhaps more frequently than usual after the installation of new strings. It will stay in tune longer after a few times' tuning.

The Ibanez PF15 Dreadnought 6-String Acoustic Guitar offers classic 6-string play with an acoustic dreadnought design. Combining rich tone, clear attack, and full low-end presence, the Ibanez Performance series dreadnought is for the musician looking for robust sound and easy playability that does not break the bank. Utilizing a spruce top to maximize the rich character of its 6-string design, the PF15 recalls the feel and sound of a much more expensive instrument.

This is a Great Sounding guitar I set it up myself it has a nice low action.
This Guitar is a  Factory 2nd ( sold as used ) and has minor finish flaws only (too hard to photo)
My Factory 2nd guitars and basses are a tremendous value. These guitars are often sold at hundreds of dollars less than their 'new' counterparts. Factory 2nd guitars are deemed as such directly from the manufacturer and have never been previously sold in retail or distributed to a music store. They are marked as a 2nd by the manufacturer when they fail to pass final inspection. They usually have a minor cosmetic finishing flaw that prevents them from being sold as new instruments. These instruments do not have major flaws (UNLESS STATED). These blemishes do not affect the playability of the instruments at all. Apart from the defect listed they are perfect, all the electronics, pickups, tuners, neck and frets etc. are good. I buy my guitars and basses directly from the manufacturer. There is no manufactures warranty and sometimes it is difficult to identify why some of these guitars were marked as seconds.  Each instrument gets set up and checked by me before it is released for sale. Some of the models are discontinued and have no issues at all. Instruments are stamped with an S on the back of the headstock.

Once your parcel is in your country, it will pass through your customs office which can add time to the delivery. Customs can hold a parcel for several weeks and open up packages for inspections and may not track until released.
