A Prototype? A Store Brand?
It looks to be an Art and Lutherie Dread Cutaway from about 5 years ago, judging by rosette, finish, and so on.

New guitar, unplayed, but blemished.

There is a repair on this guitar.
There were two top cracks.
These are glued and cleated and the guitar sounds good, plays well.
