I describe items to the best of my knowledge and put numerous photos for you to look at. All Items are sold AS-IS and that doesn't necessarily mean damage just that they were previously owned and handled. Unless I State that I have personally dry cleaned or laundered the item, it is suggested and would be the responsibility of winner to have them cleaned & laundered. If you receive a item and find a problem email me right away, and I will do my best to resolve the problem. We do have a full return policy no questions asked.
