Delivery
The majority of items will be delivery by Royal Mail, for more valuable or larger orders a courier may be used. The delivery times of the courier will be equal or less than those selected by the buyer at checkout.
If you have not received your items please contact us. We will investigate the issue and contact you with the information discovered. Items may be lost or delayed in the post, Uk orders not received after 2 weeks of payment will be deemed "lost in post" and 3 weeks for International orders. If the item has been deemed lost we will arrange a redelivery or a different solution if the customer prefers.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up untill the goods have been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched please subit a return form in the Returns section.
Returns

Bring the ability to make detailed and intricate cuts to your woodshop with the General International 21-Inch Tilting Head Scroll Saw.
This variable speed scroll saw has a unique design that provides you with a stable platform when cutting straight or on an angle as the entire head tilts 45 degrees to the right and 38 degrees to the left. This handy feature allows you to better control the workpiece on a flat table surface, for a more safe and accurate cut. The switch protection device keeps you from accidentally firing up this power saw, keeping you and your fingers safe.
Solidly built upper and lower parallel arms keep the blade straight with minimal blade deflection allowing you to make precise cuts with this tabletop saw. The Flexi shaft dust blower clears saw dust from your work area as you saw to give you a clear line of vision while you make your precise cuts. This benchtop saw comes equipped with a dust collector hook-up so you can connect your dust collection system to the saw and keep your shop clean while you work.
Included is the General International Adjustable Scroll Saw Stand. This durable workbench will provide you with the perfect height for your scroll saw as its 4 sturdy legs have 4 height options ranging from 24.5 up to 31.5 inches.
